Once in a while we pause to celebrate our local heroes, the ones that stand out of the crowd and give back to the community. Thursday night, Youth and Family Connections does just that with the 6th Annual Heroes Celebration in Greeley.

Once a year Youth & Family Connections takes time to pause and celebrate the local heroes in the community. They celebrate the deeds done by everyday heroes in all aspects of community life. YFC tips their hats to educators, emergency personnel, volunteers, youth workers and others.

Youth & Family Connections, as a non-profit, community based service organization, provides coordinated multi-agency services for youth struggling with life issues, out of parent control or engaged in anti-social behaviors.

Through prevention and early intervention strategies, individualized assessments, case management support and coordinated access to services, youth (and their families) are offered positive alternatives for sustainable change and growth.

Youth & Family Connections and our efforts to help and support youth and families is the result of collaboration with schools, municipalities, law enforcement, courts and youth/family service providers throughout Weld County as a model to assist Weld County youth.

There is no cost for our services.
