We have heard the debate about a 4-day work and school week for the past few years.  Since the pandemic, a few companies have switched to the 4-day work week, which has been successful.

Studies Have Been Conducted

Companies across the globe participated in the largest study recorded regarding the 4-day work week. The program was so successful that workers refused to go back to a normal 9-5 routine.

These workers worked a few extra hours a day and still worked the same amount of hours.

The worker's productivity increased dramatically, and the study suggests that since the workers were happier, they put more effort into their jobs.
