400 New Housing Units Coming to Fort Collins

Because that's what we needed more of⁠— apartments.

Everyone wants to move to Fort Collins, proven by the two new developments coming to the area. The developments, according to The Coloradoan, will be coming to South College Avenue and the area south of Harmony Road.

Get ready for new neighbors, as developer Goodwin Knight plans to bring "302 duplexes, townhomes and apartments on vacant land at the southwest corner of College Avenue and Triangle Drive." Source This doesn't include the 90-plus apartments at the intersection of Mars Drive and West Skyway Drive.

The rent prices? We're guessing astronomical, just like every other complex in FoCo. These are sure to be gorgeous, though, so keep an eye out if you need a new place to live...construction is slated to be complete in spring of 2021.
