Excuse me, while I kiss the sky.

Yes, another skyscraper might be going up in Denver, as the proposed plan is for 19th and Lawrence and would bring a 30-story office tower to the space.

The concept plan, according to 9News, includes "9,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and parking for 628 vehicles."

This concept plan can change, but sounds like we'll hear about this new development soon as the review process supposedly only takes four weeks.

The plans all come from "Goettsch Partners, a Chicago-based architecture firm, [who] submitted the plan on behalf of developer Riverside Investment, which is also based in Chicago."

We're looking forward to seeing a new beautiful building dotting the Denver skyline.
