Kenny Rogers, Ronnie Milsap, Olivia Lane, and Miss Colorado

Sunday was another great night at the Greeley Stampede. My evening included sharing a red velvet funnel cake with Olivia Lane and watching her amazing performance on the Taste of Country Stage at the K99 Stampede Studios.

Then my wife and I met up with Miss Colorado 2015, Kelley Johnson. She joined me on stage, doing the intros for Kenny Rogers and Ronnie Milsap.

They both put on an amazing show. I grew up listening to these gentlemen. The 1st album I ever bought was Kenny Rogers, "The Gambler". (On 8-Track) It was an absolute joy for Kelley and me to meet Kenny at the bottom of the stairs as we came off the stage, he actually stayed for a minute and talked with us. We also had a moment to talk with Ronnie Milsap and his wife backstage. It truly was a special night.
