Attention Men! The Great Underwear Debate – What Do You Wear? [POLL]

I have had to a lot of medical procedures lately where I have had to drop my pants. I have had to pay attention to what undergarments I wear since I knew I was going to be on display quite a bit. I am fortunate that my wife recently restocked my supply and I had a selection to choose from. I admit I am a boxer/brief kind of guy. More information that you probably wanted but it is time for some guy talk. I want to hear from you guys. What do you wear?
