I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. Growing up in such a beautiful area has given me an appreciation for what we have here, and I truly embrace the city and all of Northern Colorado. I graduated from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting with a degree in broadcasting in 2009, and it is a dream come true to be playing music and talking on the radio to all my friends and family in Northern Colorado. I LOVE music, all kinds of music! I also love talking, all kinds of talking! If you think there is a better job for me out there, you let me know! Other than music and talking, I’m a bowler, yes a bowler, I usually get funny looks when I say that. I used to do a lot more of it, but now it's more for fun rather than a job. I am also blessed to have a beautiful daughter, Shai, who was born in June 2008, and love showing her off! My son Quinntyn was born in December of 2010, and although I have learned raising little boys is almost like having another job, I wouldn't trade him for the world. My kids have become my life, and have given me a different outlook on life than I had just a few short years ago. I really believe in the religion of love. Love everyone, be nice to everyone, and smile, and this world will be a great place to live in. I’m addicted to ice cream and donuts, and I’m a firm believer that nothings more important than family, my Dad and Grandma will always be the biggest heroes in my book for the contributions and support they have given me throughout my life. Although life seems chaotic and sometimes even hard, at the end of the day I thank my lucky stars and God for everything I have, and wouldn’t have it any other way. “We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.” ~Frederick Keonig Find me on Facebook or Email me, Id love to hear from you!

The first thought in many good peoples head when a horrible tragedy like the one in Connecticut happens is "how do I help?" Here are a few ways that you can help those affected...
My Crazy Experience at the Greeley Family Fun Plex
The weather has been getting colder, and for me that usually means getting lazier. I have quickly learned that you can be lazy around the house for a day or two, but if you go more than that with a 4 and 2-year-old they will start bouncing off walls literally. So last Wednesday I decided to get off the couch and take them swimming at the Greeley Family FunPlex. It became quite an experience.

This is one of of those bittersweet goodbyes. Goodbyes are always hard, but some easier than others. No one died, as a matter of fact no one is going far, but today is my last show on K99. Kraft, Weld Food Bank Rolls Out Mobile Food Pantry
There are few things that make me more sad than knowing that there are kids out there who starve. It really makes you think about dad's old saying "eat all your dinner, there are people starving". It's true, but we can help. A new way to help fight hunger is with the new Kraft, Weld Food Bank Mobile Pantry truck.
What Time Does the 2012 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Start & What TV Channel Is It On?
For many families including mine, it is a tradition to get up early on Thanksgiving to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, or at least early enough to see Santa Clause at the end. This year the parade celebrates it's 86th year on Thanksgiving (November, 22nd 2012). Here is all the viewing info for this years parade.
The Breast Milk Baby – Not Going to Be In My Daughters Christmas Stocking
Shai, my four-year-old daughter is at the stage toy companies drool over. It doesn't matter what the toy is, if they spend a few bucks, make a commercial, and put it on my TV, she wants it badly. So of course when we saw the The Breast Milk Baby on TV the other night, Shai said she wanted it... Sorry, not happening!
When Can You See Tonight’s Leonid Meteor Shower In Fort Collins and Northern Colorado?
It happens every year, so it's not as cool as something that happens once in our lifetime, but it is still a meteor shower that we can see from earth, and that is pretty cool to me. The Leonid meteor shower should put on a show for stargazers who can stay up late tonight.
Zac’s Legacy Foundation Bowl-A-Thon Is Tonight
A few months back I had the great honor of becoming an honorary board member for Zac's Legacy Foundation, a local 501(c)(3) that provides assistance to families enduring the struggles of childhood cancer. Each year they put together a charity bowl-a-thon at Highland Park Lanes in Greeley, and they are still in need of teams for this years event which takes place this Saturday night (November 15th)

Either take the feast home or eat it
San Diego Chargers Vs. Denver Broncos – Who Ya Got? [POLL]
I think most will agree with me in saying that the last time the Denver Broncos took on the San Diego Chargers, it was the turning point in both teams seasons thus far. Facing a 24-0 halftime deficit, the Broncos rallied for a 35-24 victory. Since then, the Broncos haven't lost, and the Chargers have struggled winning only one game. But, the Broncos haven't beaten the Chargers in Denver for three
Leave Tim Tebow Alone Already!
He is used to taking heat, he is used to hearing he is no good, and I am sure he expected to hear even more criticism when he went to a huge market like New York, but to get it from his own teammates is ridiculous! A day after some of Tim Tebow's Jet's teammates called him "terrible", I am here to remind them of the golden rule... If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anythin
