I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. Growing up in such a beautiful area has given me an appreciation for what we have here, and I truly embrace the city and all of Northern Colorado. I graduated from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting with a degree in broadcasting in 2009, and it is a dream come true to be playing music and talking on the radio to all my friends and family in Northern Colorado. I LOVE music, all kinds of music! I also love talking, all kinds of talking! If you think there is a better job for me out there, you let me know! Other than music and talking, I’m a bowler, yes a bowler, I usually get funny looks when I say that. I used to do a lot more of it, but now it's more for fun rather than a job. I am also blessed to have a beautiful daughter, Shai, who was born in June 2008, and love showing her off! My son Quinntyn was born in December of 2010, and although I have learned raising little boys is almost like having another job, I wouldn't trade him for the world. My kids have become my life, and have given me a different outlook on life than I had just a few short years ago. I really believe in the religion of love. Love everyone, be nice to everyone, and smile, and this world will be a great place to live in. I’m addicted to ice cream and donuts, and I’m a firm believer that nothings more important than family, my Dad and Grandma will always be the biggest heroes in my book for the contributions and support they have given me throughout my life. Although life seems chaotic and sometimes even hard, at the end of the day I thank my lucky stars and God for everything I have, and wouldn’t have it any other way. “We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.” ~Frederick Keonig Find me on Facebook or Email me, Id love to hear from you!

We are just over seven months into what is one of the most controversial, yet lucrative, laws to take effect in Colorado, and even United States, history. Since marijuana became legal in the state at the beginning of 2014 experts have been studying, and released a new report on Wednesday (July 9).

First they were going to let us smoke pot to help us get through a classical music concert in Colorado, now they are straight up giving away free weed to get us to come watch a movie.
Black Bear Euthanized After Wandering Around Fort Collins
Initial reaction to reading the headline of this story is to be angry, and think that the cute bear who was roaming around Fort Collins east of the CSU campus today (July 9) meant no harm. Trouble is, he had his chances, and state wildlife officials felt they had no choice but to euthanize him today.
Colorado Ranked as the 17th Best State for Food/Drink
Thrillist is one of those websites that has a list for just about anything you can think of. Some interesting, some that no one really cares about. However, food/drink is one thing we can all agree on, and when Thrillist ranked each state based on those two things, they thought pretty highly of Colorado.

Masked Man Stabs Elderly Man in Fort Collins
Sunday we heard of a stabbing in Greeley, and just one day later, this. Maybe an even scary scene in Fort Collins, as a masked man reportedly entered the home of a 72-year-old in Fort Collins Monday afternoon, and stabbed the elderly man.
Differences in Recreational Pot Laws in Colorado and Washington
Colorado got a little bit of a head start on Washington as far as the legal marijuana trade goes, but now that that the Great Northwest has joined Colorado as the only two states in the nation that allow weed to be used recreationally it had me wondering if the laws were the same.
What It Would Look Like If You Combined the Denver Broncos and Nuggets Logos [PICTURE]
I am the least artistic person in this world, so it's hard for me to even conceive the idea of combining to different logos to make one, but if you are a Colorado sports fan and you've ever thought "hmmm... I wonder what it would look like if the Denver Broncos logo was combined with the Denver Nuggets logo to make one," then here ya go.

Greeley Based Cab and Designated Driver Service Coming
If you live in Greeley, or ever had, you know how hard it is to get a cab, right. Sure, the town used to be a lot smaller, and it was easier to walk home after a few beers, but we have grown, and we needed a cab service.
Shawn’s Demolition Derby Experiences – Greeley Stampede Demo Derby This Sunday [PICTURES]
The Greeley Stampede was a tradition for my family and I, and like many, one of my favorite events growing up was the demolition derby. I got the opportunity to drive in the event a few times, and now there is even a national TV show about the event that's got me itching to do it again. I won't be in action, but you can still enjoy the event this Sunday (July 6th) at the Greeley Stampede.
