"Take a deep breath." "Just breathe." You hear these things all the time and there is a reason. Breathing can help you anytime you are feeling anxious, fearful, need to concentrate, or fall asleep. I have recently come across a method called Box Breathing. It's easy. I can do it anywhere.

Several studies show box breathing can help with depression, high blood pressure and insomnia. I find myself telling people about this method and practicing it throughout my day. This type of breathing is popular among athletes, police officers, military personnel, nurses, and yoga practitioners. Kids can also learn to do this.
