K99’s Brian Gary and Justin Tyler Win Big Awards at CRS in Nashville
The 2018 CRS/Country Aircheck Awards were presented Wednesday night (2/7/18) during the New Faces of Country Music Show at Nashville's Omni Hotel. Our own Brian Gary and our boss, Justin Tyler, did very well for themselves at Country Radio Seminar and we are very proud. Brian won Small Market Music Director of the Year. Justin was named Small Market Operations Manager of the Year. K99 was also a finalist for Small Market Radio Station of the Year.
I am so happy for both of them, but will be even more happy to get Brian back in the studio. I can't wait to hear his stories from Nashville, rubbing elbows with all of the country stars and muckety-mucks in the music business. He is scheduled to be back on the air with Susan and me on Friday. Thank you to Dave Jensen for doing a wonderful job of filling in while Brian has been gone.
Once again, congratulations to Country Radio Hall of Famer, Brian Gary, and our fearless leader, Justin Tyler, for their success in Music City.
