Broncos Rookie Wide Receiver Surprises Mom with Puppy for Mothers Day

The Denver Broncos' rookie wide receiver gave his mom the ultimate gift on Mother's Day.

KJ Hamler scored on this Mother's Day by surprising his mom with an incredibly cute puppy. In a video posted on the Broncos' Twitter page (below), you'll see her gasp and say, "Is this my dog?" When Hamler tells her "Yes," she says "It better not get any bigger than this!" Turns out, it won't, as Hamler responded, telling her it will only be about "8 ibs."

Hamler's mom is already making a name for herself after her hilarious appearance on "Hey Rookie, Welcome to the NFL" Monday night.

Hamler will wear number 13 and play wide receiver for the Broncos. He's a 20-year-old red-shirt freshman from Penn State who was picked by the Broncos in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
