As the next round of snowstorms make their way into Colorado, CDOT is telling us that if we can ditch work a bit early on Tuesday, we should do so.

According to KDVR, CDOT is stating that even with the plows running full force, the roads will still be slick. Some of the affected areas could see up to two inches of snow per hour.

The advisory from CDOT is mainly focused on commuters in the Denver Metro area and south. However, many Northern Colorado residents happen to work in the Denver Metro area.

Snow and slick conditions will only make a hectic drive back to Northern Colorado that much worse. If you have the opportunity to leave work early, you might want to take CDOT's advise.
