Richard Joseph Rule passed away at the age of 56 at his Loveland home on August 16, 2017 after a brave 10 month long battle against esophageal cancer.

Brian Gary and I considered Richard a good friend. He was on our show many times, mostly to promote his favorite sport of rodeo. He was a man of God and a wonderful family man. We both had so much respect and love for Richard. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
