If you're looking for a new career, then consider Monarch Casino Resort Spa.

The Black Hawk establishment is putting people through dealer school for free.

Denver's 9News reports the operation is expanding rapidly. Monarch Casino Resort Spa said its trying to fill more than 100 dealer positions by the end of this year.

The position is fast-paced and for anyone 21 years or older.  Dealer training usually costs $1,000, according to Monarch's website. But the casino is waving that fee as it looks to increase its employee base.

According to Monarch's website, the average part-time dealer makes approximately $30,000 per year, while the average full-time dealer makes approximately $50,000 per year.

The website promises that full-time employee benefits include college tuition reimbursement, free meals, discounted transportation and health benefits.

Applications are open with the first round of the casino dealer school beginning August 19.
