Have you been thinking about joining the Colorado Patriot Guard Riders. Here is a great chance to learn everything you wanted to know about the Patriot Guard.

The Patriot Guard Riders is an organization in the United States which attends the funerals of members of the armed forces, firefighters, and police at the invitation of the deceased’s family. The organization is open to any persons, regardless of political affiliation, veteran status, or whether or not they ride motorcycles, as long as they have “a deep respect for those who serve our country”. In addition to attending funerals, the group also greets troops returning from overseas at homecoming celebrations and performs volunteer work many veteran’s organizations.

Coming up on April 19, you will have a chance to learn more about the Colorado Patriot Guard Riders in person during their Meet-n- Greet event at the T-Bird Roadhouse (9701 W 44th) in Wheatridge.

The event will run from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and you can fill a plate with brats, hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans, chips and deserts for only $4.00 a plate. You can't find a better lunch anywhere so bring your family and friends and learn more about the Patriot Guard.
