Coming to the Buell Theatre – ‘A Christmas Story, The Musical’

Straight from Broadway, A Christmas Story, The Musical is coming to Denver's Buell Theatre December 16-27.

Based on the classic 1983 movie, the production was nominated for 3 Tony Awards in 2013, including Best Musical.

The story takes place in 1940s Indiana where Ralphie dreams big and has one wish for Christmas - for Santa to bring him an official Red Ryder Carbine Action 200-shot Range Model air rifle ("You'll shoot your eye out!").

Of course, the production also features the infamous leg lamp, pink bunny pajamas, a grumpy department store Santa, and a triple dog-dare to lick a frozen flagpole.

Tickets start at $25; the show is recommended for ages 4 and up.
