CSU Letting Ticket Holders Exchange Passes to 2020 Games
The 'Kick Time Guarantee Program' is something you'll need to keep in your back pocket for cancelled games this year.
Colorado State University knows their athletic tickets are a hot commodity, but they also know that life happens, which is why they introduced their Kick Time Guarantee. This program is where ticket holders can reach out to the ticket office to exchange tickets for an event on another date. With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting multiple events this year, this guarantee is more valuable than ever.
On the Rams website, the athletic department declares that when life happens, "WE HEAR YOU!":
If a 2020 home football game time doesn't fit into your busy schedule as a valued season ticket holder, you have the ability now to exchange those tickets for tickets to another home game on the schedule (*some restrictions apply) or tickets to a home men's or women's basketball game or a volleyball match! You must exchange your ticket five days in advance of the event that you're not attending, and you must call 1-800-491-RAMS (7267).
Despite multiple closures and game cancellations, the ticket office remains open if you'd like to call and exchange your tickets.
