Keep on killin' it, Rams.

Colorado State University's online bachelor's degree is ranked as the 9th best in the nation, according to a press release from the university.

This is a huge improvement over last year's rankings, which placed CSU's program in the 18th spot.

The program is also ranked as the 7th best for veterans when compared to other public universities.

Chris LaBelle, the interim director of CSU Online, credits this improvement to the university's innovative technology, expansive student resources, and prioritizing of veterans.

For the third year in a row, CSU's College of Business online MBA and online master's in computer information is ranked as the No. 1 programs in Colorado.

The College of Business' online graduate business program is ranked as the 21st best in the nation.

The university's College of Engineering online graduate program also showed promising growth, ranking as the 14th best program for veterans in the nation.

It ranks as the 27th best program nationwide in relation to other public universities.

The rankings were revealed in an annual report by U.S. News & World Report, which analyzed over 1,600 accredited online degree programs.

The rankings were based on an online program's student engagement, services and technologies, faculty credit, and an expert opinion on the academic quality of programs.

Student excellence is also sometimes a factor...as a former Ram, I can't say I'm surprised.
