If you were planning an afternoon trip down south to check out the Broncos in action, you may want to re-work those plans. The Broncos have closed their training camp practices to the public today. The team decided to move practice earlier in the day to avoid forecasted afternoon storms.

The original schedule was for practice to start at 2:20 p.m. It has been moved to 10:35 a.m. As a result, the practice is now closed to the public.

The Broncos started training camp on Thursday, and many have seen record attendance as fans come out to see new quarterback Peyton Manning.

Nearly all the free training camp events are located at the Paul D. Bowlen Memorial Broncos Centre, 13655 Broncos Parkway in Englewood, except for the free Aug. 4 practice at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
