Don’t Be Fooled by the Scammers That Tried to Get Me [POLL]

I have been getting threatening phone calls on my iPhone from a computer generated voice. It comes up on my phone as a number in Southfield, Michigan. I know it isn't real and they are just scammers. However, it is disturbing to me. Mostly because some people are obviously being fooled. They wouldn't be doing this if they didn't have some measure of success.

Please! Don't fall for this. If someone calls and threatens to arrest you, it is obviously fake. Especially if the voice is computer generated. Never ever give out any important information over the phone unless you initiated the call.

Here is the message they left for me. Part of it really doesn't make sense:

24 working hours and once again expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment. We would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you. The number to reach us is 947-517-8589 I repeat 947-517-8589 thank you
