Essentially if they are going to pay you this well for this fun of a job they don't want to have to hold your hand each day to make sure your take photos of the amazing journey they are sending you on. You need to be a hard worker if you expect to land this job.

Other requirements include having the ability to hike through national parks and other outdoor areas, have a valid US driver's license, and (obviously) must be 21 years of age or older.

The CEO will drive around in a camper van with a bathroom and shower and all gas money is covered by the company. The new employee also has the ability to bring a friend, spouse, partner, or even a pet. September 30th is the final day applications will be accepted.
