Adulting seems to be a difficult thing for the younger generation these days. So much so, that now there are classes being offered outside of school to help learn life skills.

Eaton public library has called their new class “Adulting 101," because it includes learning life skills like how to budget money, write resumes and change a tire.

Samantha Hudspeth organized the classes with the thought that these classes are relevant to everyday life and getting a job is different than it used to be.

With school curriculum changing things like balancing a checkbook are not often taught, which can make it hard for people to budget because they simply never learned that skill.

Classes are added on Eaton Library's Facebook page.

Wednesday, November 6 at 5:30 p.m. is the Adulting 101: First Time Home Buyer Course.
