A 30-year-old man who has been on the run for some time, has now been arrested for allegedly robbing a Loveland bank of $350,000.

Around 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, officers from the Evans Police Department responded to a home in the 3000 block of Sunset Drive in Evans. Family members at the residence told officers that the suspect they were looking for was not there.

As police were walking away from the residence, they noticed a man and woman who were walking back to the house. It was at this time that the Evans Police Department, along with assistance from other agencies, gained approval from the family members to search the Sunset Drive home.

Officers ultimately located their suspect, Frank Gutierrez, hiding in the closet and he was arrested on scene.
