A Walmart shopper is facing serious charges after she allegedly bit off the finger of a Walmart employee who was trying to stop her from shoplifting.

Carolynn Wright was arrested Sunday morning in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, after loss prevention officers saw her take various items, including condoms, lube, and underwear - a total of $40.07.

When 2 employees tried to stop her from leaving the store, Wright punched one of them in the head and bit off a portion of the other employee's finger.

Unfortunately, EMS responders were unable to reattach the finger.

A bystander of the incident called 911, but Wright took her phone and punched the woman in the face, WPDE.com reports.

After her getaway car failed to leave the premises, Wright was charged with aggravated assault and shoplifting. She is currently being held without bond.

This is second assault charge for Wright in less than one year.

Last March, Wright was accused of attacking a fellow dancer at a strip club with a "clear plastic high-heeled shoe," according to The Smoking Gun. Wright was sentenced to 6 days in jail and ordered to pay $173.90 in fines and court costs.
