Bank of Colorado, which is headquartered in Fort Collins, signed a marketing agreement with the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club making it the official bank of the major league baseball team through the 2022 season.

“We couldn’t be more excited to extend and deepen our partnership with the Monfort family [owner of the Rockies] and the Colorado Rockies. Their values [team owners] are strongly aligned with ours and they’ve been a fantastic partner."

Chris Dinsdale, Bank of Colorado co-chairman,

said in a written statement.

Shawn Osthoff, president of Bank of Colorado believes the partnership will show the larger Colorado community that the local community bank is trustworthy and has the community's interest at heart, and hopes to help more people reach their financial goals.

The Bank of Colorado has 40 locations, with recent openings of branches in Cherry Creek, Littleton and Boulder.
