Fort Collins Repairs Concrete, Closes Drake Road For 3 Weeks

The next phases of the City of Fort Collins Street Maintenance Program is starting Tuesday, May 28 with full eastbound lane closures.

During this phase of street maintenance, concrete pavement repairs will be made on Drake Road between Taft Hill Road and Dunbar Avenue.

According to a City of Fort Collins press release, typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., however work may occur outside these times or on the weekends to expedite the project.

This will result in a full closure of the eastbound lane will last about three weeks. Lane closures will continue after those 3 weeks until the project is complete.

According to a City of Fort Collins press release, residents along the south side will be provided access during the closure and emergency fire access will always be maintained.
