Fort Collins Teacher Receives Teacher Tuesday Award Right Before His Position is Eliminated

Our Teacher Tuesday teacher of the week this week is Mr. Blake Unger, the Assistant Band Director at Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Collins. Unfortunately, Mr. Unger won't be back at his job next year. His position is being eliminated. The students wanted to show him how much they appreciate him before he goes. I struggled to keep it together during the presentation.

Mr. Unger won a prize pack that includes flowers from Earle’s Flowers and Gifts of Loveland and $50 to Rodizio Grill in Fort Collins. Make sure to listen in each Tuesday as we pick the teacher that we will be recognizing each week! The winning teacher will get a surprise visit from our DJs at your school.
