On a beautiful Super Bowl Sunday in Northern Colorado, it's hard to believe a snowy storm is coming.

But in true Colorado fashion, that's exactly what's predicted by the National Weather Service in the Fort Collins area for Feb. 3.

The latest forecast says snow possibly mixed with freezing drizzle will fall Monday morning and become all snow after 9 a.m.

New snow accumulations of 1-3 inches are expected. Wind gusts could reach as high as 23 MPH.

Another 2-4 inches of snowfall are possible Monday night, when wind chill temperatures are expected to drop to -5 degrees.

There's another 70 percent chance of snow on Tuesday.
