Fort Collins’s Newest Winery to Open in May

We all know Fort Collins loves its beer, but wine often gets the short end of the stick. Sure, we're no Napa, but it'd be nice to not have to drive all the way to Palisade for some incredible wine options, right?

Blendings at The Preserve is the first operation making wine inside Fort Collins city limits (Ten Bears Winery operates out of Laporte) and they've finally announced an opening date. Their Grand Opening Weekend Celebration is happening Thursday, May 23rd through Sunday, May 26th.

Blendings at The Preserve describes themselves as 'wine without rules', offering a 'hands-on' experience for microblending your own custom wine.
