It is always sad when you hear of the passing of a friend. We just got news yesterday that country music lost one of it's sweet souls. A.J. Masters, who was a long time country singer, player and songwriter passed away. A.J had a few charted hits on his own. He also wrote songs for John Berry, Faith Hill and many others. A.J. is pictured on the far right above.

Several years ago when we did our Habajeeba Show at The Rialto Theater in Loveland, we had Mark Cooke perform with us. A.J Masters played guitar for Mark at the time and became a friend of ours. He was such a sweet and supportive man. I have fond memories of sitting on the side of the stage with him watching the show. He was so kind to everyone who encountered him. We could all learn a lot about how to treat others from the way A.J. lived his life. You will be missed my friend.
