Fort Collins Police are investigating a home invasion on the 900 block of Mountain Ave., during which a victim was tied up and robbed in his house.

On July 1, Fort Collins Police responded to the call near Beaver's Market in Old Town, described as a 'home invasion robbery.' Fort Collins Police Services posted on its Facebook page that two unknown males entered a home, tied up the male occupant, threatened physical harm and demanded money.

Fort Collins Police Services said the victim was not injured, but was 'ultimately ordered to the basement where they bound and left him' while they stole several items from the home, including a Ford Ranger pickup truck. The truck was recovered nearby the following day.
