If you live in Colorado, you will have either heard or said the phrase, "Shred the gnar, bro," at least once in your lifetime.

Thanks to HomeToGo, the world’s largest vacation rental search engine, and their recent release of Colorado's Ski Price Index for 2020, you will be using all the famous ski-slang in no time on Colorado's glistening, snowy slopes.

The poll includes several factors that were used to rank Colorado's ski resorts. These components include the price of a one-day lift ticket, lunch on the mountain, one night's stay and the cost of rental equipment.

HomeToGo utilized its personal meta search data to decipher the average cost of accommodation (per person, per night) for a ski-vacation between the dates of December 1, 2019 through April 20, 2020.

An average Ski Trip in Colorado is said to be approximately $389. If you are interested in something on the higher end such as Beaver Creek, the most expensive Colorado ski resort, you are looking at approximately $632 per person, per night. On the more affordable side of things, Monarch Mountain sits at around $229 per person, per night.

Purgatory Resort, $279 per person, and Arapahoe Basin, $282 per person, fall under Monarch Mountain as second and third most affordable ski resorts in Colorado.

Vail Ski Resort, $518 per person, and Aspen Snowmass, $548 per person, are 12th and 13th on the list - ranking them the second and third most expensive Colorado ski resorts.
