Hurricane Isaac; Pray for the People

I was fortunate to have left the Gulf coast to make Fort Collins my home just before Hurricane Opal. I had many friends that lost a lot in that storm and businesses that were destroyed, some never recovered.

I now have relatives and good friends in the path of Isaac and hope for the people. I did not have to live through Hurricane Opal, but I know of many that struggled.

We have lived through great tornadoes that threatened our core as a community and we fought together to save our people and our properties and what we could not save we worked together to rebuild.

Let's join together in thought now and pray and hope for the people in the path of Hurricane Isaac.

The latest on Hurricane Isaac is that 'he' is headed straight for New Orleans just in time for the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
