I Had the Best Sushi of My Life This Weekend

Being in a landlocked state, it can be hard to find good sushi. I have found a few places that are good, but not rave-worthy... Until this weekend.

Above is exactly what heaven tastes like if you are a sushi fanatic. Granted, this is sashimi, but wonderful none the less. This past weekend, my brother-in-law took us to a place in Denver called the Sushi Den. Denver's Sushi Den has been around since 1984 and is regarded as one of the premiere sushi and Japanese restaurants in the nation. Sushi Den purchases their fish directly from the fish market in Japan. The fish is hand selected and then sent to Denver. Which is probably why it tastes so outstanding.
