I Smell Playoffs – Rockies Win and Dodgers and Cardinals Lose

Yesterday was a great day for our Colorado Rockies and their playoff quest. The Rockies once again hammered the Phillies 10-3 and both the Dodgers and the Cardinals were losers. The Dodger loss means the Rocks are just a half game out of first place in the division. The Cardinal loss means the Rocks are a half game ahead of St. Louis for one of the wild card spots.

There are only 5 games left to play and we need to win all of them. There are two more against the Phillies and then a 3 game set with Washington. This is a fun team to watch and I am hoping for several more weeks of Rockies baseball. Get the purple on and cheer on our boys. Go Rockies!!
