When was the last time you sat in a theater and saw a movie? Seem like ages, for me. Are you ready to hit up theaters, again? Loveland is hoping so.

Downtown Loveland's Metrolux Dine-In at The Foundry will begin showing movies on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. Plus, they're only $5.

Here are things you'll want to know:

First off, you won't purchase your tickets at the theater. You'll purchase them online and then show your confirmation email when you arrive.

Second, seating inside the theaters will be limited to every-other row along with two to three seats in between parties. You'll be selecting your seats on their website.

Third, employees will be wearing masks and gloves and will be screened for ailments. Movie-goers will be encouraged or required to wear masks in common areas such as the lobby, restrooms, and corridors.

The Metrolux Dine-In has nine movies playing, most are older; but 'Knives Out' is one of the new ones; and the older ones include 'Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone,' 'The Goonies,' and 'The Dark Knight.'

Keep in mind that along with your $5 for each ticket, an additional $.50 is added to help pay for The Foundry's parking structure.

I've gotten myself a ticket for The Dark Knight on June 17. I'm interested to see how this goes.

It looks like the Metrolux-14 at The Promenade Shops at Centerra will be re-opening June 26, 2020.
