Numerous warnings were sent out over the weekend for parts of Northern Colorado for flash flood warnings. Parts of Northern Colorado saw flash flooding in the Poudre Canyon over the past few weeks. Some residents in Glen Haven, a small town northeast of Estes Park, saw some intense flooding from Black Creek Drive.

Facebook user, Kevin Wegman, captured the flooding on video at approximately 2:54 pm on July 31. The one-minute video posted to the Glen Haven Association Facebook page shows the raging water flowing past Wageman as he documents the destruction.

Wegman says "This is the worst it's ever been" as he pans around the area. The video closes out with Wegman stating it was hardly raining as a floating log in the black water rushes by in the current.

A previous video Kevin Wegman posted from the same day shows the initial beginnings of the flash flooding on Black Creek Drive.

This isn't the first time Black Creek Drive in Glen Haven has seen flooding this year. Wegman posted additional videos from the flooding in the Glen Haven Association Facebook group on July 2 and July 22. You can see those videos below:

A flash flood watch remains in effect until Monday evening with the possibility of thunderstorms that could produce heavy rainfall across the mountains. The National Weather Service is stating that CameronPeak and Weston Pass burn scars will be susceptible to heavy rainfall which could lead to quick runoff, debris, and mudflows.
