Is It Illegal to Drive with Snow on Your Car’s Roof in Colorado?

After a big snowstorm, the last thing you want to do is spend a bunch of time in the cold clearing off your car. But, do you have to clear off the roof too?

We've all seen that car cruising down the road with what looks like a ski resort on the roof of their car. Snows blowing on the cars behind them, big chunks of snow and ice are crashing on the road shattering icy debris everywhere.
