Tell your friends and saddle up this Saturday for a Northern Colorado poker run and auction to benefit JC Kough who is battling with Scoliosis and in need of an operation and a better quality of life.  We love to ride our motorcycles but it's always better when we can ride and make a difference in the life of someone else.  What better excuse to fill the tank and log some miles.!

Registration begins at 9am this Saturday at the T-Bar in Wellington. [3803 W Cleveland Ave] Cost is $15 for the first hand and $5 for each additional hand.  {I would suggest we all pay $15 per hand}  ALL vehicles welcome so bring them all out...

1St place pays $100 and also a prize for worst hand; which I seem to win a lot of!   The ride ends at The Hideout Patio Bar and Grill in Fort Collins [1903 E Lincoln] with lot's of fun and auction starting at 4pm. Live music as well starting at 7pm from Wyoming's own Moe Diggin playing all your favorite rock hits!  All bikes/cars in by 3pm

Scoliosis affects an estimated 6 million people in the United States and there is no cure. Scoliosis impacts infants, adolescents, and adults worldwide with little regard to race or socio-economic status. The primary age of onset for scoliosis is 10-15 years old. Scoliosis can impact the quality of life with limited activity, pain, reduced respiratory function, or diminished self-esteem.

Each year scoliosis patients make more than 600,000 visits to private physician offices, and an estimated 30,000 children are put into a brace for scoliosis, while 38,000 patients undergo spinal fusion surgery.  Despite physicians trying to treat this spinal deformity for centuries, 85% of the cases are classified as idiopathic. Scoliosis patients also have increased health risks due to frequent x-ray exposure.
