Loveland Water and Power partnered with the Center for ReSource Conservation to give Loveland residents free sprinkler audits.

'Slow the Flow' is a program that offers free sprinkler inspections, which is designed to "optimize sprinkler operations and be efficient with outdoor water use", says a City of Loveland press release.

This free pilot program enables Loveland customers to have their automatic, underground sprinkler systems inspected by trained water auditors who inspect for performance and efficiency, according to a City of Loveland press release.

Residents will also receive a customized sprinkler schedule and DIY tips for maintenance after the inspection.

Inspections are June 1 through August 31.
