The State of Colorado has opened up it's 5th mass vaccination site and it's right here in Larimer County.

According to The Denver Channel,  The Ranch in Loveland is the 5th of 6 planned such sites where we could see up to 3,000 vaccinations a day take place. The site at The Ranch is being operated by The Federal Emergency Management Agency.

FEMA is pleased to support Larimer County with its efforts at The Ranch as we push to put this pandemic behind us with more and more people being able to get vaccinated.

If you'd like to register for a vaccine, there is a screening process you'll need to go through the Larimer County Health website.

There were also sites like this started up this past week down in Commerce City at Dick's Sporting Goods Park (home of the Colorado Rapids) and down in Pueblo at the state fairgrounds. Governor Polis said the state's 6th such location will be housed at Ball Arena in Denver in the next few weeks.

The state moved into phase 1B4 about a week ago which includes all people age 50 and up along with frontline workers and people that have at least one risk factor.
