Memorial Fund Established for Teen Who Tragically Died in Train Accident in Wellington

My heart still hurts for the friends and family of Victoria "Torry" Archibald, the 16-year-old who so tragically lost her life in the horrific train accident in Wellington. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire community which has been rocked to the core by this tragedy that no one can understand or explain.

I didn't know Torry personally, but I know she had a huge heart. I know she was one of the "Wellington Kids", who stood out in all kinds of weather every year and raised thousands of dollars for our 28 Hours of Hope to help fight child abuse in Northern Colorado. I know she has hundreds of people who cared about her and I know those people are hurting today. I cried when I wrote this last night.There are some things I just don't understand.

I know there are people who want to do something to help the family. A fund has been established to help the family pay for funeral expenses. It is called the Torry Archibald Memorial Fund. I want to give you the chance to remember Torry and the opportunity to help if you would like.
