You hear it all the time, the dreaded Monday talk. When we make a mistake we blame it on Monday, when we have little drive and feel like lounging around we blame it on Monday, but scientists say, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are equally disliked. So, Miserable Monday's is just a myth.

Nearly 400-thousand people were polled and it was revealed that moods were no worse on Monday(s) verses other work days. (with the exception of Friday) However, people did report feeling happier the closer to Friday.

Scientists are now saying that we should forget about the Miserable Monday syndrome, because it just isn't factual. They (the scientists) believe that if we continue to blame Monday's for bad days, poor productivity and motivation that we in fact are creating unfavorable mood patterns in the workplace.
