Two murder suspects have been arrested after a SWAT standoff in Gilcrest, Colorado, early Monday morning.

According to a press release from the Weld County Sheriff's Office, the Weld SWAT Team was deployed to a residence in the 1200 block of Moor Rive in Gilcrest at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Monday, April 18, to serve a high risk felony warrant for two individuals wanted in association with a vehicle fire and murder of Joshua Foster and Zach Moore near Nunn, Colorado.

Samuel Lucas Pinney, 34, and Samantha Lynn Simmons, 27, are now in custody, and are being charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, aggravated robbery, 2 counts of first degree murder, 2 counts of first degree murder after deliberation, second degree arson, and criminal mischief - all felony charges. They were also charged with 2 counts of abuse of a corpse, a misdemeanor.

A third individual, identified as Nathaniel Lee Youngman, 26, was arrested during the standoff for an incident unrelated to the vehicle fire, and is being charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.

Pinney, Simmons, and Youngman are all currently being held at the Weld County Jail.
