We can all get down with a classic Chick-fil-A sandwich or a chicken tender platter from Raising Cane's. However, Fort Collins residents have another place to get their fried chicken fix: Music City Hot Chicken.

Since its inception in 2016, the restaurant has been serving up Nashville Style Hot Chicken to the Choice City. Now, the company is ready to take its variety of flavors — including Southern, Green Chili, White Hot, Jerk, and more — to Denver.

According to a Tuesday (Aug. 3) Facebook post, Music City Hot Chicken is expanding to the Mile High City. The restaurant will host its grand opening on Friday (Aug. 6) — however, there won't just be chicken.

The event will take place at Denver's TRVE Brewing Co. (227 Broadway #101), the company's new partner. Westword reports that Music City Hot Chicken's Denver location will be a walk-up window inside the brewery.

"[The partnership has] taken a lot longer to put in use than any of us would have hoped, but...we are happier and stronger for it," read the post. "This week, we're finally cooking hot chicken to go with their stellar beer!"

Although the restaurant is famous for poultry, beer has always been at the heart of Music City Hot Chicken.

According to the company's website, brothers and Colorado State University graduates Jordan and Sam Graf started the restaurant after "they began to notice a chicken-shaped hole in the food offerings and felt the readiness of fried chicken would fit hand-in-glove with [Fort Collins'] established craft beer scene."

Cheers to that.
