It is kind of hard to explain how awesome Habajeeba is to be honest. It was my very first one and didn't really know what to expect. I did a live broadcast from UCC in Greeley and got to interview Drake White, James Otto and the guys of Old Dominion. That in itself was a great treat!

I also got to introduce three very special people... Brian, Todd and Susan of The Good Morning Guys who get to wake you up everyday on K99. It was a surreal feeling to get to be a part of this wonderful event. I decided to bring along my camera so I can snap a few photos. Unfortunately, I didn't get any of James Otto's performance as I was fixed on watching him sing some of my favorite songs from backstage. I did however capture some of Drake White and Old Dominion.

I know you are usually suppose to save the best for last, instead, I decided to start off with my favorite. Brian Gary is on the right hand side watching Drake White perform. I don't know what it is, but this photo stands out to me summing up what Habajeeba meant to me. Seeing Brian in the foreground and Drake White in the back felt like a great photo op, so I ran with it.

After Drake White finished up an amazing set, Old Dominion played next.

I cannot wait for the next Habajeeba! This will easily be one of those events I look forward to all year, much like a child waiting for Santa on Christmas!
