74 new confirmed COVID-19 cases and two new deaths have been reported and added to Larimer County's cumulative total - a number that has continued to rise since the beginning of the pandemic in March.

According to the Loveland Reporter-Herald, there have now been 63 COVID-19 related deaths in Larimer County since March.

The two lives claimed were those of a 69-year-old man and an 84-year-old man, who were both from Fort Collins.

Among the 74 new confirmed cases, 35 cases were found in Fort Collins, 32 in Loveland, two in Estes Park, two in Berthoud, one in Timnath, one in Wellington and one in Johnstown.

The youngest cases are two 14-year-olds — a girl in Johnstown and a boy in Loveland; the oldest case is a 96-year-old Loveland woman.

The total number of outbreaks in Larimer County held steady at 96 since March, with 35 of those still active.

Larimer County is still considered a high risk area, as per the latest information on the Larimer County COVID-19 dashboard.
