New NoCo Craft Brewery Opening Friday June 7

Just in time for summer, a new microbrewery is ready to start quenching Northern Colorado's thirst for craft beer.

Wellington is the home of one of NoCo's newest microbreweries - Sparge Brewing.  They'll be having their Grand Opening on Friday, June 7, 2019.

This will be Wellington's third craft brewery, joining Soul Squared and Old Colorado Brewing. Sparge was started by an ARMY Veteran who traveled the world sampling beer, bringing that 'expertise' to their beer.

On tap, they currently have an Irish red ale, an English Porter, a witbier, a hefeweizen, and a double IPA, with more beers on the way.

Also on Friday, there will be the Grand Opening of Wellington's first and only licensed cross fit gym - Cross Fit 5200, a couple of doors down from the brewery.
