Townsquare Media Northern Colorado is highlighting different local restaurants that are recovering and reopening after the COVID-19 pandemic with a NoCo Restaurant Spotlight series.

The Regional moved from its shipping container in a Denver food hall up to its full restaurant at 130 S. Mason St. in Fort Collins in 2018.

With more space to work with, the restaurant has furthered its exploration of American comfort food.

And now to reopen dining during the COVID-19 pandemic, The Regional has expanded its seating to include a nearby parking lot.
