Odell Brewing Co., the popular Fort Collins brewery is just about ready to open the doors to its new winery in FoCo.

As per Larimer County's most recent COVID-19 restrictions, the taproom be able to seat 25 people indoors and 95 on its outdoor patio (which is pet friendly), taproom manager Kelly Wagner said on Monday (May 3).

The winery and taproom is located at 824 E. Lincoln Ave., right next to Odell Brewing's Fort Collins brewery. Once the taproom is open to the public, its operating hours will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays, 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays through Sundays.

The Coloradan said the winery's taproom will offer eight taps of wine, including four core wines that will be available year-round and four taps reserved for limited-release pilot wines, according to Wagner. Varieties of bottled and canned wines, as well as a couple of nonalcoholic drink options, will also be available.

The OBC Wine Project has also partnered with Fort Collins charcuterie platter company Get Plattered to offer meat, cheese and fruit boxes, including an online wine and cheese pairing guide specific to The OBC Wine Project wines.

Wine flights range from $12 to $15, tap wines are $8 per glass, and glasses of bottled or canned wines are around $10.
